About this course

Eight hours on AI for people who run projects rather than build them.

It begins with definitions that are usually left vague — natural language processing, machine learning, generative AI — set out in terms of what each can do for a project manager. From there it is applied: planning, scheduling, risk identification, status reporting and the stakeholder communication that consumes most of the week.

The framing is practical throughout. A project manager is accountable for the output whether or not a tool produced it, so the course spends time on reviewing what comes back and on the decisions that should not be delegated to a model.
