AI for Business with ChatGPT
12 hours

Generative AI
A paid course from Noble Desktop.
Eighteen hours covering the two assistants most office workers will actually be handed: ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
It opens on how a generative model works, which matters less as theory than as the reason certain prompts fail. Prompt writing follows, then ChatGPT in the shapes a business uses it — text, ideas, images, and the customisation that makes it consistent: Projects, Custom GPTs, saved preferences and tone matching. Its research tools, app integrations, voice output and image generation each get covered.
Copilot is then taken through Microsoft 365 in place: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. The recurring exercise is the same one — take a repetitive task, summarise or automate it, and check the result before it goes anywhere.
