About this course

Twelve hours on ChatGPT in professional work — the six-hour introduction, extended into the features that make it a tool rather than a novelty.

The first half is the same ground: what generative AI can do, how to write a prompt that returns something usable, and where it is being applied in real workplaces. The second half is what a regular user eventually needs. Tone, behaviour and output are shaped through advanced settings. Projects and Custom GPTs hold files and instructions, so a repeated task does not start from an empty box each time.

Voice, image and research tools are covered last, with attention to what each is worth in practice rather than as a demonstration.
