How to build a micro monopoly
6 lessons
A paid course from GrowthHackers University, 6 lessons.
Figma's own series, in which designers build a real interface from an empty canvas while explaining each decision as they make it.
The value is in watching the middle of the work rather than the finished result. Layout is set up before anything is styled, components are pulled out at the point where repetition starts to hurt, and auto layout is applied where a fixed frame would break. Prototyping and design systems come later in the run, once there is enough built to need them.
It assumes the tool is familiar. Someone who has never opened Figma should start with the beginners series; this one is for a designer who can already draw a frame and wants to see how a professional structures a file.
