It covers what a frame is, how layers and groups behave, the basics of type and colour, and enough of components and auto layout to recognise them when a file uses them. Nothing here is deep, and it is not trying to be.

This is the prerequisite the rest of Figma's own material assumes. Watch it first, then anything else on this subject makes sense.
