Figma Crash Course for Beginners
1 lesson, about 1.5 hours
A single ninety-minute session taking Figma from an empty file to a working interface: frames, components, auto layout and prototyping, aimed at somebody who has never opened it.
UX/UI Design
A paid class from Noble Desktop.
Figma Advanced is a six-hour instructor-led class from Noble Desktop, taught in their New York classroom or live online, and it assumes you already work in Figma every day.
The subject is prototyping that behaves like a real product rather than a click-through. Variables carry state between frames, modes switch a whole design between light and dark, and conditionals let a prototype refuse an impossible action. The class builds a working shopping cart across three sessions — adding and removing items, calculating totals, and stopping the quantity going negative — then turns to variable collections and the primitive and semantic layers that make a design system something a team can change later.
Sections, an easily missed Figma feature, are covered first: they let a prototype remember which tab a user was on.
The class is a prerequisite-gated one. Noble Desktop asks for Figma knowledge equal to their own Figma Bootcamp, and it is fair to say the material assumes it.
It includes a free retake and a verified certificate of completion.
