Learn to design interactive prototypes without any coding. This class is a crash course on how to make any website or app design project interactive. I’ll teach you everything you need to know. We’ll use Figma (free version) and I'll show you how you can use it without any previous prototyping experience.
You’ll learn about prototyping, the principles of why we make, how it helps the client, the development team, and all relevant stakeholders. You'll find out how prototyping can help you find mistakes likes screens or states that you've missed so you can quickly fix them.
You'll learn to:
- Use prototyping techniques to create better UI / UX designs
- Spot mistakes from the brief (logical / flow mistakes)
- Identify areas that you've missed - pop-us, modals that you didn't include
- Create a full prototype that contains over 30 screens
- Understand principles for real world applications;
FAQ:
- Do you need prior experience in Figma?
Ideally you know the basics - moving around, zooming, using auto-layout (Shift+A). If you don't know any of this stuff, I have a class for it. Most people will manage with just a few hours of previous work in Figma.
- What will we prototype?
A large food delivery app and a desktop website. The course is only 60 minutes long, but you can spend hours working on the final exercise, depending on how far you wanna take it.
