Product Management Courses

Product management is the work of deciding what to build and why: talking to the people who will use a thing, choosing between good options, writing the decision down clearly, and working with engineering and design to get it made. The courses here cover discovery and research, prioritisation, roadmaps and the communication that holds it all together.

Most of what is listed is pitched at beginners or marked as suitable for all levels, which suits a discipline people usually arrive at sideways from engineering, design or marketing. Nearly all of it is free to start, taught on YouTube, with structured programmes from the UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies and Simplilearn for people who want a certificate at the end.

Each course is compared on the same terms: level, length, price, certificate and who teaches it, so a free playlist and a paid programme can be judged against each other rather than on how confidently each one describes itself. Use the filters to narrow by level or by length, and open any course to read what it actually covers before you start.
